Corporate Control
Corporations have control of:
- Our politicians and political system
- Laws / Changes to Legislation
- Our tax rates
- Our food supply
- Our public natural resources / Water Sources
- Banks / Flow of Money / Economy / Housing / Job Market
- Commercial Media
- News Networks
- Public Safety and Police Departments
- Ability to restrict public access to basic needs
- The brains of the mindless who consume the bullshit they produce.
What don’t they have control over?
- Our minds, at least those of us who choose to think for ourselves.
- Our freedom of speech (although violations have been witnessed)
- Our ability to see through their bullshit and to give a face to the victims of their greed.
Today marks the first time the White House has commented on the Occupy Wall Street movement. The White House Press Secretary danced around the issue saying that he has not discussed it with the President, but he is sure that Mr. Obama is aware that it is going on.
Democrats are in office, and this is the time for them to step up their game and do something to revive the current societal failures. Letting their corporate masters whore them around with money is shameful and disgusting.
How dare you sell our values for your personal greed.
To do my part for the movement, I’m working on a project. It is an art project that I hope to get displayed on one of my favorite public art locations: The Great Wall of Topanga. I will post updates on it, of course.
Till then, continue to air your grievances and offer up comprehensive solutions. The more we collaborate, the stronger the movement will be.
